Responsibilities:
Lead, shepherd, and disciple the Grace Groups in the assigned region according to the strategic direction of the Church
Lead and mentor the District Leaders in their calling, character and skill competency
Identify and raise potential Bi-Vocational Ministers, District Leaders and Grace Group leaders
Provide various expressions of pastoral ministry to Gracians and their loved ones
Responsible for the annual planning and budgeting of the assigned region
Mobilize the resources to serve the needs of the church
Teach and facilitate in discipleship classes and seminars
Involve in weekend services and event ministry operations
Involve in specific projects or taskforce assigned by church leadership

Requirements:
Is gifted and is called to full-time ministry, loves people, and has a strong passion for discipleship and pastoral care
Possess pastoral ministry experience, preferably with preaching, teaching and/or service leading exposure
Effective team leader and player with excellent interpersonal skills
Has theological training or pursuing theological courses, preferably, from a Pentecostal college
